Congratulations for having your paper accepted!

Please follow the instructions given below to prepare your final paper.

Paper Submission

Submit your final paper in PDF format by email to the following address:

with the subject line "AAAI-06 AuctionBots Workshop final paper submission" by

May 17, 2006

Successful submissions will be confirmed by email. We are going to produce workshop notes for this workshop, therefore you do not have to submit your paper electronically to AAAI. The workshop notes are not archival; your paper may be submitted later to an archival conference.

However, you still have to sign the Permission to Distribute form, fax it to AAAI at +1-650-321-4457, and mail the original to AAAI-06 Workshops, AAAI, 445 Burgess Drive, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA. The deadline is  May 22, 2006

Paper Formatting

Use the AAAI electronic author kit to format your final paper. Your paper must be formatted in a two-column format according to the detailed instructions supplied in this kit. Please pay careful attention to all requirements.
Length Requirements

Your paper must not exceed 8 pages. Over-length papers will not be accepted.

Page Size

Your file must be formatted for an 8-1/2 x 11 inch page (US letter paper).

File Format

Generate a quality PDF file and make sure that all fonts are embedded.
