Two types of scholarships will be provided, to help pay part of the participants travel & registration costs:

  1. A few travel grants of a minimum of 280 Euros each
  2. Several travel grants of 70 euros each, thus effectively waiving the recipients’ registration fees.

Applications should include
- a brief CV,
- some proof of full-time graduate or undergraduate student status (for instance, this can simply be a letter or an email from your supervisor or from your departmental office of graduate or undergraduate studies verifying your status), and
- should mention whether the applicant will be receiving travel support from other sources.

Please note that the grants will be awarded to the successful applicants either on-site, or after the event. To receive the grant, successful applicants may need to produce original travel & accommodation invoices/tickets/boarding passes/receipts.

Finally, please note that priority for support will be given to applicants studying at Universities of the following countries: Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Egypt, Greece, Israel, Lebanon, FYR of Macedonia, Malta, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Turkey.
